LeBron James Plays His Worst Quarter Ever

LeBron James Plays His Worst Quarter Ever

"When you're the face of the National Basketball Association, you should be more a part of your team", he said on the broadcast. "No matter what is going on".

Just when you thought the Lakers season couldn't get any worse, this happens. But you have to exude that type of togetherness in public. "We have a couple more wins than them, but both teams right now are on the outside looking in, so it's not much of a difference". The same sight was widely noted during a lopsided loss February 5 at IN and even IN a February 27 win over New Orleans, some pointed out a moment when James had his back to his team while it huddled up at the bench.

James, who finished with 33 points and eight assists, gave Henzonja credit for the clutch defensive play. The Lakers led by 11 with 3:45 to play, and it seemed as though they would avoid the embarrassment of losing to the Knicks.

"He's one of the all-time great players in our league", Walton said.

"I don't think it changes - I think everybody knew that coming into this year it was still going to be challenging even if we were all healthy and played all 82 games", James said, according to Kyle Goon of Southern California News Group.

James was 4-for-15 from the field in the final quarter, but Lakers head coach Walton said he should not take the blame for a 39th defeat of a miserable season for his side. "If you are saying that you are the reason that he is missing shots, you are an idiot".

It's not often that an early afternoon game produces down-to-the-wire thrills, but this St. Patrick's Day matchup between the New York Knicks and Los Angeles Lakers did just that today at Madison Square Garden.
