Liverpool are a point behind Manchester City in the Premier League, while the Reds are set for a Champions League quarter-final meeting with Porto.

The first legs of Liverpool vs. Porto and Spurs vs. City will take place on Tuesday, April 9, with the second legs on Wednesday, April 17.

Liverpool's challenge for a Champions League and Premier League double sees them come up against Porto, with the first leg at Anfield.

United were drawn on Saturday to face Barcelona in the Champions League quarterfinals, hosting the first leg on April 10.

However, things could get a little tight around the midfield as Naby Keita faces a late fitness test in order to prove that he's recovered from the niggle that kept him out of the Bayern Munich game.

English hopes are high that this could be their year in Europe's elite club competition after all four of their representatives made it through to the last eight.

In an article titled "Barcelona tie is what the Champions is all about", they talk about the "bad luck" which United have faced so far in the draws.

For Solskjaer, the second leg will bring back memories of the 1999 final, when the Norwegian came off the bench to score a stoppage-time victor for United against Bayern Munich at Barcelona's Camp Nou stadium.

United have to find a way to stop Lionel Messi, but that will be just one of many challenges facing caretaker manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who famously scored the winning goal for United in their 1999 Champions League final win against Bayern Munich at Camp Nou.

They were handed a tough test against PSG in the Round of 16 and now come up against FC Barcelona in the quarter finals.

The Sky Blues are favourites to win all three competitions, thus winning a historic quadruple. There are six teams in the Premier League and we can not say they are bad because all of them are in quarter-finals [Arsenal and Chelsea are in the last eight of the Europa League]. The final, to be staged at Atletico Madrid's Wanda Metropolitano, will be held on June 1.
