Michael Swartz: Obama's Department of Injustice Quashed Clinton Investigation

Speaking on the Senate Floor Thursday afternoon, Graham called for a special counsel to be appointed to investigate "the abuses, potentially, by the Department of Justice and the FBI regarding the Clinton email investigation".

In the June interview, Strzok also vehemently objected to the Justice Department inspector general's conclusion that he had prioritized the bureau's Trump investigation, which he led, over an investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server, which he joined midstream.

Former FBI lawyer Lisa Page said past year on Capitol Hill that any bias in the FBI against Donald Trump did not impact the bureau's investigations of the Trump campaign's suspected Russian Federation ties and of Hillary Clinton's emails.

In contrast, when we look into what could have (and perhaps should have) been the investigation into possible collusion between Hillary Clinton's campaign and Barack Obama's Justice Department to cover up Clinton's misdeeds, we get mere droplets of information generally reported only by conservative-leaning outlets.

Democrats are desperate to hide their own history of deception, and Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into nonexistent collusion was the ideal way to distract the American people from their poor record of pulling punches when it came to prosecuting wrongdoing within the Obama administration. It could be construed as a convenient excuse for a cover-up, but she continued, "The Clinton investigation was whether she mishandled classified information". Notably, Page also said that the DOJ had "multiple conversations ... about charging gross negligence", but decided that "they did not feel they could sustain a charge" because they considered the term "constitutionally vague".

"I am aware of senior Federal Bureau of Investigation officials talking to subordinate Federal Bureau of Investigation officials on the Hillary Clinton investigative team who unquestionably had anti-Hillary sentiment, but who also said: 'You have to get her, or - again I don't have an exact quote - but like we're counting on you, you know, '" Page testified.

President Trump has taken notice of the discrepancy. "Much more to come!" he added.

"The president has been unfairly attacked from the moment he was elected in November 2016 on many fronts and now we're beginning just to see the vast scope of what most of us knew, that Ms. Clinton was treated completely differently than what we ended up seeing Trump being treated, and that's just wrong", Collins, R-Ga., said on "Hannity". "We are not keen on pedophiles and fraudsters and spies and human traffickers", Page said. He explained that the server search "was worked out between DOJ attorneys and counsel for Secretary Clinton".
