You are not alone.

Outage Report has taken almost 500 reports of email sending issues, emails being down and email reading issues in the past 20 minutes alone.

According to a message posted on Google's GSuite Status Dashboard, Gmail is reportedly experiencing a "service disruption".

Google said Wednesday, March 13, that Gmail and Google Drive were suffering from an outage affecting multiple countries. Many users across the globe are reporting issues while using Gmail, YouTube, Google Drive and other Google services.

The company says it is investigating the issue and will provide an update soon.

On Twitter, many voiced their frustration at being unable to check and send emails.

"Woohoo - loving not being able to access any of my files", one man tweeted.

After clicking "send" on an e-mail, some users are receiving this pop-up message: "Oops, something went wrong". A massive outage has hit servers around the world, including many parts of Australia. "Check your network and try again", is the message that these users said comes while sending email.

Google Maps and Drive also experienced issues.
