Proving Young's words true, the Apex team soon took to Twitter to discuss datamining and the image that was accidentally posted to the launcher.

Well, we still don't have a specific date, but we may have some more info courtesy of a new leak. Fans are now awaiting the release of the battle pass in conjunction with the start of season one which is scheduled for this month.

As for the frequent crashes Apex Legends still experiences on PC, the developer said that the next patch will address some of the known issues, but not all of them.

Respawn said in a Reddit post on March 8 that Apex Legends now relies on Easy Anti-Cheat and that even though "the service works", it's not going to rest on its laurels.
