Michael Jordan References His Rings When Asked About Westbrook & Harden

These are some pretty incredible personal accomplishments but for National Basketball Association legend Michael Jordan, there is one accomplishment that is much more impressive.

National Basketball Association legend Jordan spoke to reporters in Charlotte ahead of the All-Star Break, less than 24 hours after Harden and Westbrook had both reached significant milestones. Both Westbrook and Harden will be playing in the all-star showcase and will definitely be looking to impress Jordan.

Michael Jordan playfully threw a bit of cold water on the historic runs James Harden (30 straight 30-point games) and Russell Westbrook (10 consecutive triple-doubles) are now on. "Six championships, by all means", Jordan told the media Tuesday.

A reporter chose to ask Charlotte Hornets owner Michael Jordan, which feat is more impressive.

Michael Jordan praised the record-breaking exploits of James Harden and Russell Westbrook on Tuesday, February 12 (Wednesday, February 13, Manila time) before mischievously remarking that both players' achievements pale against his own.

Ladies and gentlemen, that's just a classic line from Jordan.

Jordan did not comment directly on those remarks - if only he'd held a news conference just afterward - so it was left to the Internet to unearth a decade-old exchange with Michael Wilbon in which Jordan sounded much more humble than James had just been. "That's because I never played against all the people that represented the league prior to Michael Jordan".

The only thing seemingly that has eluded Jordan is ultimate success as an executive and team owner.

Jordan's mentality is why he was so dominant on the court.
