Tom Clancy's The Division 2 Open Beta announced, begins on March 1st

Ubisoft announced that their open beta phase for Tom Clancy's The Division 2 will start on March 1st. However, one host inadvertently spilled the beans on an open beta test.

Based on the remark made by the developer during the live stream session, the game experience will also likely to be more stable as compared to the closed beta since they clearly intend to implement new fixes for the upcoming open beta.

The Division 2's private beta kicked off last Thursday and ran all weekend for players that pre-ordered the game or were lucky enough to nab a spot by signing up on the official site.

This shouldn't come as a huge surprise, as open betas are relatively commonplace these days, and the publisher held one for the first game in the series.

On a personal level, I'm excited to see more of what The Division 2 has to offer when it releases.

The private beta features two main missions, five side missions, and the chance to discover the eastern part of the open world full of additional activities.

Developed by Swedish studio Massive Entertainment and published by parent company Ubisoft, The Division 2 releases in just over a months' time on the 15th March 2019 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
