Samsung Galaxy M30 Specifications Leaked Online; Likely To Be Launched Soon

Also, it is not known yet whether the unveiling will be limited to a tease or Samsung may end up launching a foldable phone ready for commercial rollout.

The words "The Future Unfolds" in the short video teaser along with folded screen animations confirms Samsung will formally debut its foldable phone on February 20.

Samsung had already scheduled its February 20 Unpacked event which will be hosted in San Francisco, and at that event, the company will announce its entire Galaxy S10 series, for sure.

The base configuration, however, will use a fingerprint sensor on the side of the phone and not embedded into the screen.

The S10 will be powered by either Exynos 9820 or Snapdragon 855 processors depending on the country it's being sold in, this will be paired with 8GB of RAM. Additionally, the smartphone has a rear-facing fingerprint sensor, which again resembles the Galaxy M20.

Up first are the 6.1-inch Galaxy S10 (on the top) and the 5.8-inch Galaxy S10E (on the bottom).

For those who have somehow missed all the hoopla, foldable phones are an entirely new form factor that come with bendable displays. Dubbed as the Samsung Blockchain Keystore, it is a welcome addition to the Samsung software family.

The device will have a massive 5000mAh battery encased in a gradient blue or gradient black colour case with the dimensions of 159 x 75.1 x 8.4mm and weigh 175 grams.

There is also a chance that Samsung may introduce its foldable smartphone during the event as well, some promo materials suggested it will happen, and even if it doesn't, the company will probably mention it one way or the other.
