Florida man suspected of DUI appears to dance through sobriety test

Pasco County sheriff's deputies found Christopher Larson, 33, asleep in his vehicle with the engine running and brake lights on in front of a business in Holiday around 2 a.m.

Larson is accused of then getting out of the vehicle while his auto was still in drive.

Larson appears to bust out some fancy dance moves to evade arrest - but needless to say, the deputy was not impressed.

The sheriff's office told WTVT that Larson's blood alcohol level when he was arrested was more than three times Florida's legal limit for driving.

Deputies said after knocking on the window and shouting, the man, identified as 33-year-old Christopher Ryan Larson, eventually woke up, but he seemed disoriented.

The sheriff's office said it all began when a deputy pulled over to check on the occupant of a vehicle parked in front of a closed gate outside of a business in Holiday.

As Larson got out of the vehicle, according to deputies, it rolled forward as it was still in drive. A deputy reportedly had to jump in the vehicle to stop it from causing damage.

Larson also told police he was in Clearwater, 20 miles away from where he actually was.

The video also shows Larson side-step out of place and point at a deputy.

Once Larson got out, video shows him losing his balance and breaking into a dance move during the "walk and turn" test.

The deputy asks Larson if he is 'complete with the exercise, ' but he just mumbles and continues his shuffle.

Larson later spoke with Fox 13 and said he would not call what he in the video dancing and would not comment on the arrest.
