Would Apple ever do something like this? Unrealistic iPhone XI renders?

Would Apple ever do something like this? Unrealistic iPhone XI renders?

We have no sure way of knowing which of the upcoming phones is shown in the renders, but with such a drastic change in the camera setup, it's probably the top-of-the-line model.

Apple launched three new iPhones - iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR - not so long ago. The flash is aligned with the third sensor, but seems to have no spatial relationship to anything: it's off the center of the curve of the camera patch.

The three-camera setup certainly sounds impressive, but it's quite likely to push up the cost of production, and therefore inflate the iPhone brand's price tag even further. Of course, the company could also launch multiple versions of the new iPhone as it did this year with three independent models.

Apple has bounced back from similar disappointments in the past, and the leaks suggest that the company is placing its bets on the triple rear camera design to make a comeback.

The reason we said Apple got inspired by Huawei is simply by looking at the rear cameras stacked inside a square window. The flash LED and a microphone hole sandwich the third vertex of the triangle. The placement of the three cameras is also something to look out for.

However, we're still at least nine months away from Apple's annual iPhone reveal, so take these images with a pinch of salt. However, how the camera is setup on the device can be questionable.

Apple will be releasing its iPhone XI this year, which according to the company's pattern will be a major upgrade over the previous generation.

OnLeaks notes the 2019 iPhones are still in Engineering Validation Test (EVT) stage, and the design may change before it's inevitable launch in September 2019.
