Google May Launch Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL Lite Through Verizon

The Google Pixel 3 Lite and Pixel 3 Lite XL have been in the news for quite some time now and have been spotted in several leaks over the past few weeks.

The website's source stated that the Pixel 3 Lite iterations will arrive in early spring 2019 on Verizon, though we don't yet know the exact date. However, there is no official confirmation of the same but Android Police reports, citing sources close to the development, that in the US, Google will be launching the Pixel 3 Lite and the Pixel 3 XL Lite smartphones by Spring 2019.

- The Pixel 3 XL Lite will essentially be a bigger version of the Pixel 3, with the design and ports being the same.

Reports of Google developing a more affordable version of its Pixel 3 phone range has been hitting headlines for some time already.

The Pixel 3 Lite and Pixel 3 Lite XL are both rumored to be sharing the same specs except for screen size and possibly the battery.

Google Pixel 3XL Google Pixel 3XL comes in two different storage variants - 64GB and 128GB paired with 4GB RAM. It will likely be IPS LCD panel for both the phones to cut costs, instead of OLED as is evident in their more expensive variants.

The Pixel 3 Lite is expected to use a Snapdragon 670 chipset, powering a 5.56-inch 2,220×1,080 display.

- Unlike the Pixel 3 XL, the Lite version will not sport the huge notch.

- Similar to its elder brother, the Pixel 3 Lite will also retain a single rear camera at back.

That smaller 2017 flagship now starts at $599 and is on the market in only Black and Cleary White. The software maker gave the same score to the iPhone XR, while the OnePlus 6T scored 98 points.

If you are surprised about the Pixel 3 being in the middle of the list, you are not alone. Thus, these tests may not aptly reflect the results the average user gets when they actually use the phone's camera.
