PlayStation Plus Free Games for January 2019 Announced

Allowing you to plug this into the TV and play all of your favorite games from when you were a kid. The games will be free for download starting 1 January and will last around a month before the games reverts to their original prices. The two titles come as the headliners are "Steep" and "Portal Knight".

One of the notable titles for the PS4 that will available to PS Plus member is Steep, a massive open world sports game that revolves around skiing, snowboarding, paragliding and using wingsuits. This Minecraft-style sandbox game combines collecting resources and building objects with action combat and unsafe monsters.

Specifically, PS Plus subscribers will be able to get their hands on the magnificient Zone of Enders HD Collection, a compilation of the mech-action games produced by Metal Gear's Hideo Kojima in a single package, along with Harmonix's rhythm game Amplitude. While Microsoft may have a devoted Xbox spilling console and also a completely fledged Xbox One successor, Pachter isn't sure that Sony would pursue a similar procedure. Both games have been improved visually, and have trophy support on PS3.

In Amplitude, the player controls a beat blaster ship across a lane of six tracks, each track representing a musical instrument and containing note gems that the player shoots at in time with the music. Fallen Legion: Flames of Rebellion is a side-scrolling action RPG, with players controlling up to four characters at once.

Do keep in mind that there are still a few days to go before we can sink our teeth in these new games, and you still have about a week to grab the PlayStation Plus lineup for December if you didn't yet. Are you excited for any of the games included with PS+ for January 2019?
