New 'Game of Thrones' Teaser Promises Icy Battle

New 'Game of Thrones' Teaser Promises Icy Battle

Sometime in August this year, HBO released the first official footage from the hotly anticipated final season which showed an embrace between Jon and Sansa Stark. A short, under 40 second teaser, gives a feel of what to expect-the clash of ice and fire in the final season of the show.

David Benioff and D.B. Weiss returned to executive produce the final season alongside Carolyn Strauss, Frank Doelger and Bernadette Caulfield, with Bryan Cogman, Guymon Casady, Vince Gerardis and George R.R. Martin serving as co-executive producers.

"Game of Thrones" returns with six final episodes in April 2019. Compiled from IGN, here are three clues in the teaser that will make you wish the new episodes get leaked once again. That, or the PR team at HBO is really harping on the whole "A Song of Ice and Fire" thing (the name of the book series that the show is based on) before the series concludes. HBO is ready with their marketing schedule for the last season. The show will bring some epic battle scenes, some gruesome deaths, and it will finally answer how Tyrion will carry on his life after knowing that Daenerys and Jon Snow are in some sort of a relationship. But whether the Dragon Queen is able to defeat King's Landing and then go on war against the White Walkers is a completely different matter.

In this teaser, it is quite interesting to see a dragon freeze over as they are usually the representation of fire.
