Insomniac Says Spider-Man's New Game Plus Isn't Coming Tomorrow After All

The wait's nearly over as the first chapter of "Marvel's Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps" DLC series-"Marvel's Spider-Man: The Heist"-debuts next Tuesday, October 23". Game director Ryan Smith of Insomniac Games noted how "we worked with Marvel artists on some brand new art for Marvel's Spider-Man: The Heist, " and "this art illustrating Spider-Man and Black Cat comes from famed Marvel illustrator and suit designer Adi Granov". You can now check out the three additional suits that will be a part of this upcoming expansion.

The 22-year-old star was spotted filming a running scene on the set of Spider-Man: Far From Home on Tuesday morning (October 16) in Brooklyn in New York City.

Along with revealing the first details of Marvel's Spider-Man's first DLC pack entitled The Heist today, Insomniac Games have also provided a new update on more content that's slated to arrive tomorrow. Of course, any new adventure calls for new gear, and three new suits will be introduced for Spider-Man to put on in The Heist. Like most of the other suits in the game, two of them are drawn directly from the comics: the red and black suit from Scarlet Spider II, as well as the Spider-UK suit from the Spider-Verse.

Update 1.07 is one we've been working on for a while now, and adds New Game+ (NG+) as well as Ultimate Difficulty to the game.

Marvel's Spider-Man is available now for PlayStation 4. As for other notable new additions, stickers will now be able to be rotated in Photo Mode along with a few other various bug fixes. The expansion will also adds new crimes, challenges, and trophies. The first of three planned episodic releases, The Heist will launch next week on October 23, 2018.
