Apple introduces iPhones with dual SIM trays only in China

Apple says the new watch will be able to detect an irregular heartbeat and start an emergency call if it detects that a user has fallen down.

Healthcare technology analyst Ross Muken at Evercore said many companies were developing monitoring devices.

The Series 4 range will have an edge-to-edge screen like the new iPhones and is packing a bunch of features aimed at turning it into serious medical device.

The latest launches mark the upgrade-and-tweak phase of the iPhone cycle, having unveiled the more fundamentally redesigned X a year ago.

The devices don't have a home button and feature Face ID in lieu of a Touch ID fingerprint scanner.

The device brings a design overhaul to the Apple Watch as the iPhone-maker is now using a new dual-core 64-bit chipset, custom created to improve performance. For folks who follow Apple's naming conventions: It's an "S" upgrade, Apple's every-other-year cycle for big new launches.

The iPhone Xr sports a bigger display compared to the iPhone 8 Plus, and unlike the iPhone Xs and Xs Max's OLED displays, it features a different setup which Apple calls, "Liquid Retina" boasting the most color accuracy in the industry, with wide color support and True Tone for a more natural viewing experience.

You can preorder the iPhone XR for $749 on 19 October, with shipping starting a week later on 26 October.

In addition, unlike the stainless steel compositions of the Xs and Xs Max, the Xr is made of "7000 series aerospace grade aluminum" with a glass back for wireless charging, while opting for a single 12-megapixel wide-angle rear lens camera, rather than dual lenses. Are there any iPhones that will fit in a pair of women's trousers? The first is the LCD, a 6.1-inch, 326ppi panel with the weird resolution of 1,792 by 828 pixels. We're talking some small upgrades on last year's iPhone X model (which at the time was billed as "the biggest leap forward since the original iPhone"). The part I didn't understand until I held one is that the phone's overall shape is actually very similar to last year's iPhone 8 Plus. Samsung launched its Note line in 2011 with a 5.3-inch phone that seemed comical at the time. Apple's dual SIM solution, in the United States, would enable someone to use AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile (but not Sprint) as their primary carrier while using any carrier that offers a SIM card as the secondary carrier. 9to5Mac reported that most mentions of AirPower had been scrubbed from Apple's website.

As a result, many have pointed out that it sounds much like "excess" and 'excess Max'.

Will we get one more thing?

Like the XS and XS MAX, the XR has a new Depth Control slider feature that lets you adjust the depth-of-field in Portrait Mode photos after they're captured, going from maximum bokeh at f/1.8 to maximum depth-of-field at f/16.

It's the ideal tool for taking bigger selfies, for pawing at bigger Instagram pictures, for streaming even more Netflix. In its financial reports, Apple doesn't break down its phone sales per region, but it would be interesting to see how these prices will affect its sales outside of the U.S.

Good luck ever putting it down.

The phones are updates to last year's iPhone X (10), which was released to mark the 10th anniversary of the smartphone.
