Dual SIM iPhones confirmed by China Telecom and China Mobile

Dual SIM iPhones confirmed by China Telecom and China Mobile

All eyes will be on the iPhone Xs Plus, which will be the biggest iPhone ever from the company with its 6.5-inches OLED display. Usually, Apple comes up with only one availability date for worldwide.

The 5.8-inch OLED iPhone XS will supposedly be 7388 yuan.

The China Mobile leak lists the price for the iPhone XS Plus at 8388 yuan, which is exactly what the carrier charges for the iPhone X. This suggests that the USA price for the XS Plus will be the same as the iPhone X: $999.

We're just days away from Apple's next iPhone launch so, naturally, the leaks and rumors have kicked into overdrive.

Apple said at the time AirPower was "coming in 2018".

Oh, and you may have noticed "iPhone Xs Max" mentioned up there; that's the rumoured name of the 6.5-inch model.

Twitter user Ben Gaskin has shared a bunch of purported images of the upcoming 6.1-inch LCD iPhone dubbed the "iPhone Xc" in four colours i.e. white, red, space gray, and rose gold, featuring the same back glass design as the current iPhones but with colour-matched aluminum frame in contrast to the stainless steel used by the iPhone X (via 9to5Mac).

Yes, Apple will finally announce a dual SIM handset, ten years in the making, for the joy of Asia, Europe, and other places where using two SIM cards at once is a favorite pastime. Comparing the USA and Chinese costs of the other two models with the Chinese price for the iPhone XS suggests it will sell for $875 in the U.S. Last year, Tim Cook and Co entered unchartered territory when the decade-anniversary iPhone X was priced at $999 (64GB) and $1,149 (256GB), the first time a mainstream device topped the 4-digit dollar mark.

Along with a giant display, this phone could also get a new name with a recent leak revealing Apple may ditch the usual Plus branding in favour of calling the Max. The 6.1-inch LCD version could have a 2,600 to 2,700 mAh battery, according to Kuo's note.

What the "c" in the iPhone XC (or Xc) doesn't stand for is "cheap". For example, Xiaomi recently launched the Redmi 6A at a starting price of Rs 5,999 and the device has Dual 4G support.
