Everton Complete Triple Deal For Bernard, Mina, and Andre Gomes

The Merseyside club have reached an agreement with Barcelona to sign the player in a £28.5 million deal, with the Blaugrana inserting a buyback clause as well.

The new Premier League season starts on Friday.

Everton's stunning final day of the summer transfer window has seen them confirm the arrivals of Yerry Mina and Andre Gomes from Barcelona.

Everton are also looking to tie up a deal to sign Kurt Zouma on a season-long loan from Chelsea after they agreed a deal with their Premier League rivals.

"I chose Everton because of all the things I had heard about Marco Silva and after speaking to him I was happy with what he said to me", he told evertontv. Everton agreed a €2.25m (£2.02m) loan fee for the 25-year-old, who now has a minor injury but passed a medical held in Barcelona, and will pay his wages in full for the season.

The Colombian global completed a £28.5million switch from Barcelona on Thursday, having been the subject of heavy interest from Manchester United and Lyon.

Everton will pay Barcelona £2m for the season long loan and will also pay the player's wages.

Mina only joined Barca in January from Brazilian side Palmeiras. He has made just six appearances during his time in Spain.

Gomes joined Barcelona from Valencia in 2016 for (£31.46) €35m but has struggled to nail down a starting place at the Nou Camp.

Tottenham had been keen to bring in Aston Villa's 22-year-old midfielder Jack Grealish but were reported to have had a £25 million offer rejected by the Championship club. He joins Lucas Digne at Everton, a player who arrived at Barcelona at the same time he did, with similar levels of success.
