Samsung "Accidentally" Leaks Official Image of the Galaxy Note 9

The new S Pen is also shown, described as "All new powerful S Pen", but no specifics are given.

Samsung declined to comment on the leaked video.

Before the launch of the Note 9, the flow of leaks became more of a flood, with a variety of new colours leaked overnight. The 512GB variant has been listed with price RM5099, which in Indian rupees should equal to close to Rs 86,000. The Note9 pre-order page went up early (as spotted by VentureBeat's Evan Blass) on Samsung's New Zealand site, which revealed a full back shot of the phone and the bright yellow stylus.

In the video we see the basic design of the phone. We can also see that Samsung has indeed moved the fingerprint reader to a spot below the rear cameras rather than putting it to the right of them like on the Note 9.

The video - one of those advertising spots that highlight a couple of features in a product - included information about the possible storage configuration and battery life of the upcoming phone. If so, hopefully Note 9 buyers will get a discount; the PNY card costs $350. This 30-second promo video is embedded down below, for your convenience. There is no clarity on whether this variant will come with 8GB of RAM. The Galaxy Note 9 will also come with Dual Pixel AF and 960fps slow-motion video recording. A report has now leaked the pricing details of the Galaxy Note 9 as well. From the shockingly low 16GB that the company offered in basic phones, it has doubled the storage to 32GB and then to 64GB, so now we have the iPhone X and iPhone 8 series with a 64GB base version and a 256GB model. All the variants will be sold by Lazada in Malaysia. Looks-wise, it doesn't look very different from the Galaxy Note 8, which has been tipped time and again.
