LiAngelo Ball To Join JBA's Los Angeles Ballers

LiAngelo Ball To Join JBA's Los Angeles Ballers

He will also play on the Los Angeles Ballers team with his brother, LaMelo.

Sure, it's not the Lakers, or even the Clippers, but with Monday's announcement from the JBA League that LiAngelo Ball will join LaMelo on the Los Angeles Ballers, it means LaVar has his boys one step closer (?) to completing his master plan. The JBA announced the news with a press release.

"If you thought the first round of the JBA League games were exciting, then you have seen nothing yet with round two".

LiAngelo, the younger brother of Lakers point guard Lonzo Ball and middle of three basketball-playing Ball brothers, worked out for Los Angeles and the Golden State Warriors before the draft.

The Ball family held out hope LiAngelo would be drafted in the second round of this year's NBA Draft and when that didn't happen, many believed he'd eventually join the JBA. "I'm trying to play ball, and I'm trying to play ball, and I am trying to get better every day".

Ball's move to the JBA comes after his futile attempts to be drafted to the National Basketball Association, as he was not selected by any of the 30 teams after some unimpressive workouts. Weeks ago, in an interview with NiceKicks.com, Ball said he was not going to play in the JBA.

LiAngelo left UCLA during his freshman season for a Lithuanian professional league following his shoplifting arrest on a team trip to China. "Because if you are not producing out there, they will fire you quick".
