New renders leaked online reveal Motorola One Power smartphone

It is also rumored that the company may launch Motorola One Power that recently surfaced online, offering a glimpse of the upcoming device.

AndroidHeadlines has been told the Motorola One is a smaller phone when compared to the Motorola One Power. But it is unclear if it is just compact or a toned down version.

In May, it was revealed that Lenovo-owned Motorola would soon launch an Android One smartphone called Motorola One Power. The full-screen dominates the front with slim bezels around it, and a notch at the top. Going by renders offered by the source, however, there does appear to be a slight difference in the rear camera design of both devices. Previous leaks of the One Power show that it will have a metal or matte finish.

As the renders above reveal, one of the major design change is the use of glass on the rear.

This afternoon Motorola released an invite to an event at which they'll have at least one new smartphone.

The build materials for the two phones also seem to be different.

As for the internal specs of the Motorola One, that information remains a mystery. The Moto One Power has a bigger battery and is physically thicker as a result, while the Moto One is likely as thin as a Moto Z - which means it's pretty darn thin. As far as those specs are concerned, the Motorola One Power is reportedly set to feature a 6.2-inch display, Snapdragon 636 processor, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of biult-in storage. Motorola is teasing a big announcement of some kind, stating that it will introduce "a whole new way to connect, stream, download, video chat, and more". So, the smartphone may or may not come with a pre-existing update when it releases in India. Are you waiting for the Motorola One and Motorola One Power?

Motorola has scheduled a launch event on August 2 at Motorola's headquarters in Chicago, USA at 2 pm local time in which the company is expected to announce the Moto Z3 and the much-rumoured One Power smartphones.
