You can play Cyberpunk 2077 as a woman or a man

Unlike the 2077's source material, the Cyberpunk 2020 pen-and-paper RPG, the game will not include classes or roles in the traditional sense.

In Cyberpunk 2077, player exploration will only be gated by their "street cred", a number that determines which areas you'll have access to, among other things.

Not too long ago, CD Projekt Red debuted a new trailer for its forthcoming action-RPG Cyberpunk 2077, offering fans a glimpse into the world of Night City and all of its futuristic inhabitants. We have a full character creation system in the game, so you'll be able to define your gender, whether it's male or female. Rowley made sure to reiterate that Cyberpunk 2077 is "first and foremost a narrative-driven roleplaying game", with a full melee system to complement first-person shooting combat.

Though GameSpot's interview with CD Projekt Red's Kyle Rowley was short, we learned quite a bit of juicy information about the game.

As soon as we manage to get our hands on Cyberpunk 2077, we'll report back - now the game has no release date, although we know it will come out on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.

In a world where you have no future, what matters is that you control who you are. Players will be able to actively comment on an NPC's appearance or tattoos to butter them up, or they can end the conversation early with a "well-placed bullet". Without a clear definition of what's good or evil, in Cyberpunk 2077 you'll make hard choices to define yourself in a city that wants to bring you to your knees. As is the cyberpunk way, the city is run by corporations and crime. Speaking of the class system, the devs said that their is no specific class which the players choose, but, the way the player plays the game influences the class. During missions, you'll clash with hostile netrunners defending corporate megabuildings - both in cyberspace and in the real world.

The game will feature dozens of hours of main story arc quests and many more of additional activities.

Cyberpunk 2077 will be coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
