Angelina Jolie could lose primary custody of kids with Brad Pitt

Nearly two years after their much-publicised split, former Hollywood super-couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are still working out the finer details of a custody arrangement for their six kids - Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and Knox and Vivienne, 9.

According to multiple reports, a judge ordered that five of the former couple's six children - Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and 9-year old twins Vivienne and Knox - spend significant time with Pitt over the summer.

The arrangement kicked off on June 8, with Pitt granted access to the kids for four hours per day as he visits them in London, where Jolie is now filming Maleficent 2.

During these days, Jolie is allowed to call the kids only one time per day at a time agreed on in advance by both parents. The court determined that Maddox, 16, was old enough to decide how he wants to split his time between his parents. But a judge has threatened to change their arrangements if Jolie doesn't start giving Pitt access to their brood.

Brad, 54, will be permitted to see the minor children for four hours a day in London for ten days mid-June, while from 27 June to 1 July he will reportedly get the kids for ten hours a day.

The "Fight Club" actor can also call or text the kiddos anytime he'd like, without interference from Jolie.

The judge also stated that the actress may not monitor the children's text messages to Pitt or listen in on their phone calls.

From July 21 through July 29, Pitt will resume custody of the kids when he's back in California.

A judge approved Jolie and Pitt's original custody agreement in December 2016, granting Jolie physical custody of all six children.

The documents also reveal that Pitt will get custody of the kids from June 8 to June 17 for four hours per day while he stays in London - where Jolie now rents a house - designating one or two children to be with him at a time. It led to an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), but Pitt was later cleared.

The couple have been locked in divorce negotiations for months with visitation for Pitt causing the most tension.

The papers detail the children's summer visitation with Brad in London and L.A., and say that a psychologist or psychiatrist will be present for the United Kingdom meetings.

Us Weekly confirmed the accuracy of the documents. "She will come out to visit him this summer as he is filming, but she has a life of her own in Boston".
