EA Announces Origin Access Premier

EA Announces Origin Access Premier

Recently, it has also been revealed that the new Electronic Arts subscription service, called, Origin Access Premier, will allow subscribers to get an entire week of early access to Anthem. Today at EA Play 2018, Electronic Arts executive vice president in charge of Worldwide Studios, Patrick Soderlund, announced the arrival of Origin Access Premiere. Origin Access Premier will also give 10% discount to subscribers on full games in the Origin Store. When the service kicks off later this year, players will be able to play Madden 18 for the first time on the PC.

Now, rather than back-catalog games, there'll be the option to play all of the newest titles. This functions the same as Xbox's Game Pass version that adds all first-party exclusives to the Game Pass for players to return to so long as they keep their subscription intact.

Madden NFL 19 is available to pre-order right now.

Madden NFL 19 will feature a new animation system and a custom draft class creator in Franchise Mode. Battlefield V follows on October 11, while the new social Action-RPG Anthem isn't expected until February 15, 2019.

Another big announcement as a part of this is that Electronic Arts is offering more than merely their own published games. Alternatively, there'll be the option to pay for a full year's access, priced at $99.99. The subscription plan itself won't actually start until this coming summer, however.
